First Steps in Germany is an entertaining quiz provided free of charge by the Goethe-Institut Indonesia for German learners who have reached level B2. Have fun finding out what you need to know for the first few weeks of your stay in Germany. The quiz covers ten interesting topics: Work, Shopping, Food and Drink, Labels, Leisure, Money and Banks, Health, Media and Communication, Mobility and Housing. There are twenty multiple-choice questions on each topic that will help you learn the basics about living in Germany. In addition to this, you will be introduced to some popular German proverbs.

It approaches many practical things that someone who comes to live in Germany should know. So it gives the oppprtunity to learn something of interest in both German and English. This, I think, is an ideal recipy for learning German. It wouldnt be bad to have (much) more questions to answer...

The quiz aspect is fun. The app also helps with German comprehension and teaching a little bit about German customs.
